Reliable Services
Mobile PA Services requires all his clients to send a completed Booking Form before any work is undertaken.
A written estimate, based on the client's requirements, will be provided and the client's written acceptance of the estimate will constitute authorisation for the work to commence in accordance with Mobile PA Services' Terms and Conditions.
Clients of Mobile PA Services will pay only for the services provided, unless discussed & agreed otherwise.
An estimate will be provided by Mobile PA Services in response to the client's enquiry when possible. The estimate provided is not binding on Mobile PA Services and will vary accordingly if the project content is not as originally indicated or where original requirements change, after consultation with the client. All charges are in accordance with current rates and all rates are subject to be reviewed annually. Mobile PA Services reserves the right to request a deposit or the total payments in advance from the client, if deemed necessary.
First consultations with new clients and existing clients in respect of any new projects are complimentary. If the client decides to cancel work already in progress, Mobile PA Services will be entitled to immediate payment for the work undertaken. Any fast-track projects specifically requested by the client will be liable to a surcharge. Mobile PA Services will invoice their clients for any printing material, postage costs and any other expenses incurred in relation to the work.
An invoice will be submitted on completion of work. Any due payments is expected to be made within 14 days of issue. Mobile PA Services reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding invoices. All invoices are submitted and payable in Pound Sterling only.
Payments can be be made via bank transfers or cheque. All clients are responsible for settlement of any bank charges incurred from bank transfers or defiled cheques, shall be the client's responsibility only.
Mobile PA Services understands that by assisting the clients with their objectives and they will be assigned projects with proprietary information. Any information is treated as highly confidential and will not be used other than for the purpose instructed by the client.
No information will be disclosed to a third party without the client's written consent. Mobile PA Services will return any original materials supplied by the client and will get rid of any related computer files on completion and payment of the work, unless instructed otherwise by the client himself.
Mobile PA Services will be ensuring the accuracy of the finished work supplied to the client. It is the absolute responsibility of the client to verify any work received upon receipt. Mobile PA Services will not hold any responsibility for errors relating to or contained in the finished work. Any errors identified by client within 7 days of completion will be rectified free of charge, however all other amendments will be charged. Mobile PA Services will try to comply to delivery deadline estimates. Estimates are issued for guidance only and are not binding on Mobile PA Services and no liability is accepted in relation to losses arising from a failure to return a completed document within an estimated time.
Mobile PA Services accepts no responsibility for the content of any document supplied by the client or for the end use of any document produced on behalf of the client. The client is solely responsible for its appropriate use. Mobile PA Services will accept no liability for any damage caused by computer viruses. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate virus protection in place. Mobile PA Services accepts no liability for any loss or damage to documents during transit or while at Mobile PA Services' place.
The client is advised to make enough copies of their work in case of any loss or damage to the documents. When mailing any materials, the clients are recommended to send as recorded or special delivery. Mobile PA Services reserves the right to refuse work from a client at any time and is not obliged to give the reasons for such refusal. For the purposes of safety and insurance, Mobile PA Services cannot accommodate personal visits by the client.
In the event of circumstances beyond control, Mobile PA Services will be entitled to suspend services without notice or penalty, however, all attempts will be made to minimise disruption to the client where at all possible.
